Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout, unless you are purchasing during the Free Shipping event. During this event, free shipping note will be seen at the very top of the page and at the checkout.

We do Ship Internationally, although some places might be inaccessible from our warehouses. In such cases, your order could be either declined or we will let you know when starting to process your order.

Orders usually reach their destination in 5-10 working days depending on the destination location/ carrier, etc., although during holiday season it may take longer due to post office's overloads. If your order did not arrive in 30 days from the purchase day you should contact us through either the Contact us section or email address - help@roomhoop.com and we will review the process.
